Hi Trish:  If you can use this but I want to say thanks. After years of struggling with my weight, I knew it was time to do something.  At over 320 lbs, the things I loved doing like hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities were becoming impossible. I was on cholesterol medication and my doctor was placing me on blood pressure pills. This is when I let my wife take me to Trish Dennison at Mindworks Inner Connections Health Center. That was the spring of 2010. Well now it is October 2010 and my weight is down  to 230lbs. The Dr. just took me off the cholesterol medication and my blood pressure is normal. The only down side is I have had to change my wardrobe a few times. I was wearing size 46 jeans, now I’m in size 38 but I need to change again.
